Rockies won first game with DBacks 7-5

One of the Wilin´s RBI hits

Great seventh inning brings us first win in this series.

Rockies started with Chatwood on the mound. Tyler didn´t have good game. He pitched only 4.2 innings and allowed 7 hits and 6 walks. Fortunatelly DBacks scored only two times against him. Three runs allowed Manny Corpas in 9th after Montero´s 3-run HR. For last out sent Weiss on the mound Rex and it was his 17th save of this season.

Rockies was really good on the bat. They had 16 hits tonight. Especially Wilin Rosario had 4 RBI tonight. He has now 78 RBI and is second in Rockies two RBI behind Cuddyer (80). Cuddy improved his BA on .335 and he is now 1st in NL and second in MLB. Michael is better than Trout at the moment.

Notes: Weiss tried Bettis in 7th inning and Chad was very good. Maybe he will reliever next season. Manny Corpas in 9th inning allowed three runs. Brothers had to save the game. Manny is good reliever but he can´t close games.
